2. Contact and project enquiries

When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the information you provide—such as name, company, contact details, service interest and message—to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication. For other business communication, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete enquiry data when it is no longer required, generally no later than six months after the enquiry has been answered, unless statutory retention duties or an ongoing business relationship require longer storage.

3. Website access and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and response status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose technical faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Hosting and service providers

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. It is served from a data-centre region inside the European Union. Access from the United States cannot be ruled out entirely, so a transfer to a third country takes place. The basis for that transfer is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. A data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are not stored on this website. They are forwarded directly by email to our own mailbox. Delivery runs over the mail server of our own domain. No external delivery provider is involved.

Other recipients receive data only where required by law, necessary to perform a contract or covered by another legal basis.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and stores no data on your device. For reach measurement we use Plausible Analytics, a service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. Plausible works without cookies and without cross-device recognition, and no Google reCAPTCHA is used. Only aggregated information is collected, such as the page viewed, the referring source, device type, country and region. Your IP address is not stored: it is used only briefly to generate an anonymous identifier that changes daily and allows no conclusion about you. Processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in data-minimising reach measurement. No personal reference arises from this.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose. Statutory commercial and tax retention periods remain unaffected. When a purpose and applicable retention period end, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. You may also withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

The fields marked as required are needed so that we can process and answer the enquiry. Without them, we cannot handle the request through the form. We do not use the submitted information for automated decision-making or profiling.
